Once you book a taxi with us, you will instantly receive an email from Transferato for your booking. However, we are not responsible for any error regarding your personal information provided by you. You must call us to reconfirm your online booking, there is a possibility that you have received the booking confirmation but we don't have it.
We always send a booking confirmation text message 24 hrs in advance before your pickup if you have not received a text you must call us for the confirmation of the booking.
Our driver is alway there 15 mins before your pickup from your address, you must call us straight way for any issue. You have the right to book your taxi journey with other operator if our driver not there 15 mins before your pickup.
Similarly, in any unwanted conditions like accidents, system breakdown, car breakdown, telephone system down, computer problem, severe weather conditions, strike, traffic delays, war threats, terrorism, website breakdown, booking portal problem or any unforeseen circumstances, we don’t take the responsibility of flight delay. If you face any of these above-mentioned conditions, its adviseable to get a local taxi for yourself. Surely, we will pay on your behalf if the local cab would charge you extra.
It is suggested to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before so that you can handle all the possible undesirable conditions to and from the airport. However, our staff would not take the responsibility if the flight hours (3-hours) was not the time allowed and a passenger miss the flight. On the other hand, it is your choice if you want to get our taxi services for the time less than 3 hours before flight departure as we are not responsible for flight delay in this case.
We suggest our passengers ensure their insurance before going to book our taxi services.
If in any case due to Flight delay/ cancellation, you don’t want cab services, it’s better to inform our company at least 24-hours or not to any driver, otherwise, we would charge 100% fee from you.
Similarly, our team of experts would not take the responsibility of luggage excessive problem for a booked car. If you have no idea about your luggage size and find it difficult to choose the right cab size, it’s better to contain our customer support immediately.
