Transferato doesn’t charge customers for the first thirty minutes of parking, after your flight arrives. However, any additional time beyond this initial thirty minutes will be charged at the rate of 30p per minute.

Please inform us that you require wheelchair access facilities when you make your booking, and we will allot a suitable vehicle for your journey.
What are the different payment options I can use to book your taxi service?
We accept a variety of payment options for our taxi services, and this includes cash as well as all major debit and credit cards. We also have flexible payment options like personal and business credit facilities to make transactions easier for our regular customers. You are welcome to either pay us in advance when you book your journey or else at the end of your trip.

1. Is it possible to make a taxi booking in advance with your company?
Yes, we accept advance bookings as early as three months before the date of journey. All details regarding our booking options are available online, on our website. You can either book your travel online or alternately contact our team by phone to discuss your requirements. Once you make your booking, we will notify you with a confirmation about your trip.
What if I am unable to find my driver in the arrival hall?
If you are unable to locate your designated driver, please stay inside the arrival hall and promptly get in touch with our office. We will try to locate your driver and direct him to where you are waiting.
How do you handle pick-ups if the flight is delayed?
You do not have to worry about informing us if your flight is late. Our drivers access live flight information to plan your pick-up timing. They will adjust their arrival at the airport accordingly, so they are at the designated pick-up point 15 to 30 minutes after you flight lands.
What if I will not require baggage clearance as I am travelling with hand luggage only?
If you are travelling only with hand luggage, you should be able to exit the airport earlier. Please inform us of this in advance, so our driver can await you in arrivals within 15 minutes of your flight landing.
Do you have any facilities for groups of 8 passengers or more?
